Iron Reagents for 300 tests (Low Range) - HI93746-03
In stock
The HI93746-03 are iron reagents for the colorimetric determination of low range iron. There are enough reagents for 300 tests to be used with a compatible benchtop or portable photometer. These high quality reagents are manufactured in our state-of-the-art facility and are clearly marked with the lot number and expiration date on each packet for traceability.
Pre-made reagents for ease of use
Prepared with high purity chemicals
Marked with expiration date and lot number for traceability
The HI93746-03 are high quality reagents that are pre-measured, allowing for users to achieve fast and accurate colorimetric measurements. These reagents follow an adaptation of the TPTZ method. The reaction between iron and the reagent causes a violet tint in the sample. By simply adding the reagent to the sample, a reaction will take place and a compatible benchtop or portable meter can be used to determine the concentration from the color that is produced. The results will be displayed in mg/L (ppm) of iron. These reagents are designed to be used with samples that have an expected range of 0 to 1.60 mg/L iron. Compatible Photometers Include:
HI83099
HI83200
HI83205
HI83208
HI96746
